This is what we've been told:

Hi I heard about you through my sister in law. i have a one year old hound mix that i am looking for a home for. we are moving november 1st an they do not allow pets. i just would like to see that she goes to a good home. i would greatly appreciate your help.
Serenity is a 1 year old hound mix. She is very friendly but a typical young girl. She needs someone to exersize her and run and play with her. . .  a family that will give her the attention she loves to get.
She’s good with kids but like any young dog she gets a little excited. She is loving and outgoing and just needs a good home. Also she is up to date on her shots and is also fixed.

UPDATE: Serenity's family has moved and she is now in a boarding kennel since we have no available foster homes for her.
I (jan) (with dogshope.com) had the chance to meet her and what a sweet, sweet girl she is. She greeted me with tail wags and kisses.  I brought her home to meet Rocky (my doggy ambassador) and she and Rock had a blast in the backyard. Oh on our way to the kennel she fell asleep with her head on my arm.

UPDATE: Serenity is in foster working with a search and rescue canine trainer on her obedience. More to follow soon.
