Julius is 10 months old and already has his own story to tell. . . 

His "mom" is a young single lady trying to make ends meet and works too many hours to keep a young Shepherd physically & mentally healthy.

He will need obedience classes, and a home that is DEDICATED to keeping him entertained with exercise and training.  He is a typical young shepherd in need of lots of loving attention.

UPDATE: 

Julius will be fostering with Jan soon. He came over for a sleepover to see how he did with cats & other dogs. Below is Julius just finishing a barking spurt at one of my cats and also a picture of him playing outside with my Rocky. He will be going into the vet's to be neutered and brought up to date on all of his vaccines and heartworm preventive.

We have learned because of his being a typical young ill mannered Shepherd he cannot go with small children.
