Hi, my name is Mary. Last week the neighborhood children found a dog running the streets. Knowing I'm a dog lover, they brought him to me asking if I would take care of him.

I straight away called the police department to report him missing and they informed me they would pick him up and send him to the shelter. I told them I would try to find his owners before I went that route. I put him in the paper and called the warden, but no calls. I later found out by some sidewalk repair workers that they had seen him get tossed out of a car. I was devastated.

Thankfully he shows no signs of abuse, coat looks great, nails were recently trimmed, and he looks like he was well fed. We've had him a week today and he's been nothing but a joy.

I have 5 children and 2 female dogs and they've all played wonderful together. If I could keep him I would, but as you see, my house is full. I can't tell you much about his history obviously, but he seems to be around a year old and I believe him to be fixed. I think he is Rottweiler mix.
(We think he's a Beauceron or Beauceron mix) He rarely barks, is house trained, loves to play fetch and ball toss.
It's hard to believe someone let this handsome, well mannered fella go. I just don't have the heart to send him to the pound. I would love to see him go to a loving family that can enjoy him as much as we do.

My children have named him Deeogee.
